Glazed Chicken

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, pounded to even thickness
- 3 tbsp Wreck It Sauce (plus extra for basting)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Marinate: Mix chicken with Wreck It Sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Chill 30 min (or overnight).
- Grill: High heat, 2–3 min per side. Brush with extra sauce in the last minute.
- Serve: Rest a few minutes, slice, and drizzle with more Wreck It Sauce.
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small red onion, sliced into chunks
- 3 tbsp Wreck It Sauce (plus extra for basting)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions:
- Marinate: Toss the chicken chunks in Wreck It Sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for max flavor)
- Skewer Up: Thread the chicken, peppers, and onions onto skewers.
- Grill: BBQ over medium heat, turning and basting with extra Wreck It Sauce until the chicken is cooked through (about 10–12 minutes).
- Serve: Plate it up, drizzle with more sauce if you’re bold, and enjoy straight off the stick!
