There Are No Rules. But Here Are Some Ideas.

Glazed Chicken

Ingredients: 

  • 2 chicken breasts, pounded to even thickness
  • 3 tbsp Wreck It Sauce (plus extra for basting)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Marinate: Mix chicken with Wreck It Sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Chill 30 min (or overnight).

  • Grill: High heat, 2–3 min per side. Brush with extra sauce in the last minute.

  • Serve: Rest a few minutes, slice, and drizzle with more Wreck It Sauce.

 

          Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small red onion, sliced into chunks
  • 3 tbsp Wreck It Sauce (plus extra for basting)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions:

  • Marinate: Toss the chicken chunks in Wreck It Sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for max flavor)

  • Skewer Up: Thread the chicken, peppers, and onions onto skewers.

  • Grill: BBQ over medium heat, turning and basting with extra Wreck It Sauce until the chicken is cooked through (about 10–12 minutes).

  • Serve: Plate it up, drizzle with more sauce if you’re bold, and enjoy straight off the stick!
